This novella is the perfect read when you're having a holiday book slump. It is short, it is spicy, and it is quick-paced. Laramie Briscoe does not play games when it comes to Merry and Beckett; she quickly establishes their connection and reinforces it with some hot, hot chemistry.
It is the second book in the Blizzard Bluff series, but it can be read as a standalone.
