Flirt introduces us to the loud, rambunctious, loving Carmichael clan. Kix and Damaris have their hands full with their adult sons: Jess, Foxx, Moss, Maddox, and Banks. All of them work for the family's interior decorating company.

Moss works closely with designer Brooke, and these two have been in sync since the moment they started working together. When Brooke needed a date to a family party, Moss steps up. His justification: They already know each other so well that faking a relationship would be easy. But is there something else at play here?

Moss is the quintessential book boyfriend. Though his heart is girded behind a stone wall, he cannot help but be the adorable, caring friend-eventually-lover to Brooke. And resilient Brooke. My heart was in pieces as we learned more about her family history, but like Moss, we get to see a brilliant, kindhearted heroine who surpasses the toxic adversities she faces.

The ensemble cast in this book is phenomenal. Jovie, Honey, Kix, and Damaris hold their own in the pages they're in. I cannot say enough about how much I love the Carmichael men. They can be a handful, but the ride-or-die love speaks loudly through their actions. Each brother has their own quirk, and I cannot wait to devour their stories.
